Our Story
The Yolk Marketplace has been an ongoing collaboration rooted in growth, refinement, and identity. Over the years, we’ve created more than a dozen products together, continuously evolving the brand to better reflect what it truly is: moving beyond novelty kitchen goods into a lifestyle brand centered around comfort, charm, and elevating the everyday.
What started out as a 2 item co-brand, with successful local coffee shop, Acme Coffee Roasting company. The yolk and I have created a collection 8 coffee flavorings that can now be found an a multiple of locations in Monterey bay.

After the success of the 8-piece Modern Potions collection, we developed two signature candles inspired by some of our favorite scents and flavors from the line. Each candle was designed with intention, carrying its own personality through every detail — from the custom labels and colored jars to the carefully selected wax tones.

My work with Yolk Marketplace has spanned nearly every part of the brand’s creative development — from website creation and ongoing maintenance to product labels, packaging, and marketing materials designed to educate and sell each product. Together, we have developed 8 Modern Potions, 2 signature candles, and a bath salt, all thoughtfully crafted to reflect the warmth and personality of the brand.
After the success of the 8-piece Modern Potions collection, we developed two signature candles inspired by some of our favorite scents and flavors from the line. Each candle was designed with intention, carrying its own personality through every detail — from the custom labels and colored jars to the carefully selected wax tones.
In addition to the Modern Potions and candle collections, we also created a one-time bath salt inspired by one of Yolk Marketplace’s original signature spices, Kitten Hug. Long before I joined the brand, Yolk had already built a loyal following around five core spice blends, with Kitten Hug becoming especially loved for its sweet flavor profile suited for coffee and baking. After Acme Coffee Roasting Co. requested a liquid version for use in their drinks, the idea for the Modern Potions collection emerged — and with it, the beginning of my involvement with the brand. Today, Yolk Marketplace has grown into a collection of over a dozen products, with new ideas continuing to evolve.
